This test bench is used for simulating  the car seat bumping and creep situation when a car is running.  This instrument can perform car seat bumping and creep durability test. The test result directly reflects the service life and safety coefficient of car seat under the condition of bumping and creep. The instrument is also can be used for testing the vibration isolation performance of car seat.

 Seat Bumping and Creep Test Bench is used for simulating  the car seat bumping and creep situation when a car is running.  This instrument can perform car seat bumping and creep durability test. The test result directly reflects the service life and safety coefficient of car seat under the condition of bumping and creep.
 
Feature
· Hydraulic and electrical servo technology is used in this test bed to realize the vibration test of single seat and twin seat.
· It is able to realize up the and down bumpy movement of car seat, back and forth movement of the butt model and back model and the twist movement of the butt model and back model. It can perform any type of the three movements, any two types of the three movements or the three movements at the same time.
· The amplitude and frequency of all movements can be adjustable steplessly.
· The test bed can also measure the height of the seat cushion before and after the test.
