Product introduction


  The tester is composed of a programmable controller, a touch screen, a force sensor,

 a transmission device, an airborne printer, etc. It provides a menu display in both Chinese 

and English, and has a test mode for automatic operation of various parameters set by 

man-machine dialogue. Test control range includes: nominal capacity, core rod displacement, 

print setting, test, up, down, time, calibration, verification and other function Settings. With 

the on-board printed test, the test load and sliding data (starting force, average force, 

maximum thrust) can be displayed in real time. Automatically judge the test results, start 

the automatic buzzer alarm if unqualified, and print out the test data and results by the printer 

for analysis.


Test principle


  The loop circumference of the catheter is expressed as the bending length, and the flow 

rate of the catheter drainage cavity and the irrigation cavity is measured under the bending 

length, so as to reduce the initial flow rate of the corresponding cavity after the flat catheter 

is placed by 50%.
