Scope of Application
Determines loop length of various yarns and knitted loops. Verifies compliance of different yarn densities (counts) with standard loop lengths.
Product Details
Uniformly spread the twisted yarn under specified tension. Measure loop length compliance through pointer indications.
Structural Features
1. Column fixed to base supports upper sleeve, scale, and serves as lower sleeve guide
2. Rollers installed on both sleeves for tested yarn positioning
3. Upper sleeve position adjustable via vertical axis for different loop lengths
4. Select appropriate weights according to yarn specifications to apply tension through lever mechanism
Testing Method
1. Attach moisture-adjusted sample to upper and lower knife-shaped clamps
2. Apply specified weights (including 1.4kg lower clamp self-weight):
- 50g yarn: 2.4kg total
- 62.5g yarn: 3.0kg total
- 125g yarn: 6.0kg total
3. Record scale reading within 30 seconds after stabilization (precision 0.1cm)
