The electromagnetic flow meter is a flow meter with high precision, high reliability and long service life. It uses embedded microcontroller technology and is an inductive meter based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to measure the volume flow of the conductive medium in the pipe.
The electromagnetic flow meter not only meets the requirements of on-site display, but also can output 4~20mA current signals for recording, adjustment and control.
Each connection is crucial in product structure design, material selection, process formulation, production assembly and factory testing. The multi-electrode structure ensures measurement accuracy and does not require a ground ring, reducing the need for instrument sizes and the effort of installation and maintenance.
The electromagnetic flowussmeter has a Chinese LCD display with backlight and wide temperature range. It is fully functional and practical, with intuitive display and easy operation. It can reduce the inconvenience caused by the English menu of other magnetic inductive flow meters.
There are several aspects to consider when maintaining electromagnetic flow meters:
1. Electromagnetic maintenance is relatively low. Check whether the operation is stable every day ( Copy every day depending on the production process. It can also be found on the watch);
If it is a split type, the Sensor installed in the well. When it rains, pay attention to whether the sensor is flooded;
IP65, please pay attention to whether water splashes out of the defendant;
